Prediktive controllers with principles of artificial intelligence
Matys, Libor ; Mikšánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals with problems of predictive control especially Model (Based) Predictive Control (MBPC or MPC). Identifications methods are compared in the first part. Recursive least mean squares algorithm is compared with identification methods based on neural networks. Next parts deal with predictive control. There is described creation MPC with summing element and adaptive MPC. There is also compared fixed setting PSD controller with MPC. Responses on disturbance and changes of parameters of controlled plant are compared. Comparing is made on simulation models in MATLAB/Simulink and on physical model connected to PLC B&R.
AC Drives Modern Control Algorithms
Graf, Miroslav ; Blaha, Petr (referee) ; Václavek, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis describes the theory of model predictive control and application of the theory to synchronous drives. It shows explicit and on-line solutions and compares the results with classical vector control structure.
Linear crane trajectory design and control
Krakovský, Jozef ; Appel, Martin (referee) ; Bastl, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with control of linear bridge cranes using three selected methods. In theoretical part, it gives information about basic structure of each selected algorithm and basic mathematical relations. In the middle, control of algorithms is simulated using created simulation programs in MATLAB. After that, the algorithms are applied on laboratory model of linear crane and in the end all of them are evaluated according to achieved results.
Room Temperature Advanced Control Algorithms
Glos, Jan ; Graf, Miroslav (referee) ; Václavek, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with constructing a thermal model of the specific room and algorithms design for heating and air conditioning. The model is created using Simscape extension for Matlab/Simulink and is based on real attributes of room and its walls (materials, dimensions etc.). This thesis contains design of MPC (Model Predictive Control) and PI controllers. In comparison with the original regulation designed controllers achieve better quality of control and MPC controllers seems to be the best. Because of preliminary for integration of split air conditioner, possibility of control actuators by MPC controller and because of necessary setpoint separation (for heating and air conditioning) software equipment of the individual zone controller was revised.
Finite Control Set Based On The Voltage Vector Representation Of Switching State
Kozubík, Michal
This paper introduces novel approach in the implementing of finite control set modelpredictive control for the permanent magnet synchronous motor. This approach is based on the pregeneratingof voltage vectors based on the specific switching state of voltage source inverter. Thelimitation of the pre-generating is based on the resolution of encoder used to measure mechanicalangle of rotor. Proposed algorithm is described and tested in PIL simulation using Jetson Nano, forthe control algorithm execution, and Simscape model of motor.
Interpreting Constraints In Finite Control Set Model Predictive Control
Kozubík, Michal
Aim of this paper is to show the possibilities of interpreting the constraints while using finite control set model predictive control. Paper explains the problem of the barrier functions and shows typical example. New possible candidates to barrier function are introduced in this article. All candidates are tested on the problem of the finite control set model predictive control of the PMSM drive control.
